Chances are, what you got for $15 is a cheap inferior unauthorized copy of the real thing. Or, maybe you found a used and possibly incomplete real one.
Is there a significant difference between the real thing and a cheap copy? Absolutely!
In most cases, you get what you pay for.
Anyway, enjoy whatever you got.
