Never viewed so I cannot comment on the material. I will post some material from The Magic Cafe which dealt with these disks and some of the information came from Shoot Ogawa himself.

While this was a program aimed at beginners in magic, there was some significant material which was more advanced, but approachable to any serious student of the art.
